Kylie Champion
Director
Kylie boasts over 17 years of experience in the Whitsunday Region and the Marine Industry.
Before establishing Champion Crewing & Concierge, she served as yacht crew herself and then managed Human Resources and operations for a Whitsundays charter company.
Her impressive tenure includes overseeing teams of at least 65 crew members, showcasing her patience, determination, and exceptional diplomacy skills.
Kylie holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management and Hospitality Management, with ongoing studies in a Superyacht Operations Diploma.
Kylie's success stems from her positive energy, self-motivation, unwavering commitment to impeccable service, and a personal approach to her clients. Her genuine and honest demeanor sets her apart. With an extensive wealth of local knowledge, abundant resources, and a strong network in the Whitsundays, Kylie eagerly offers assistance in any way possible.
Julie Belger
Senior Crew Placement Specialist
Julie brings over 5 years of experience working with exceptional customers and organisations across a variety of wide-ranging trade roles, in her position at Hays Recruitment Specialists. This is complimented by 3 years as Assistant Manager of a resort on Fraser Island/K'garri, offering her a unique insight into the importance of cultural fit in a team environment.
Since joining Champion Crewing, Julie has been expanding her expertise in the Australian and South Pacific Superyacht Industry, serving as a Crew Placement Specialist. Her innate ability to connect with both crew and clientele makes her a true asset to our team.
Julie's focus is on creating the unique match on board which allows individual crew members, our valuable clients and the overall operation of a superyacht or luxury resort to flourish. She works closely with all partners of Champion Crewing to ensuire they feel well-supported and confident in the exceptional services offered by our dedicated and tight-knit team.

Concierge Specialist
With more than 15 years of hands-on experience working on or around Superyachts, both in Australia and the Mediterranean, Tina brings a wealth of expertise to support and assist crew.
Her approachable and intuitive communication style is inclusive, with a
particular focus on understanding the nuances of superyacht culture and psychology. With a background as a former personal assistant and yacht stewardess, she's traversed diverse fields, excelling in relationship building and honing in on individual strengths for each crew member.
Tina's extensive experience in Europe, coupled with her involvement in yachting and high-end concierge services on Hamilton Island and in Perth, makes her your go-to source for the seemingly impossible. She's always ready to welcome you to our offices and provide assistance to both new and seasoned crew members in any way possible.
Janita Allwright
Concierge & Crew Specialist
Janita has joined us with 7 years experience as one of the leading Superyacht Crew Placement specialists in the Australia & South Pacific region. Her personal experience on Superyachts spans over 10 years and she has worked on reputable vessels up to 70 meters & visited 75 countries.
Her ability to understand a Captains' management style and their operation, ensures a seamless process in delivery of her services to ensure a positive outcome whether it be finding suitable and experienced crew, or assisting with concierge services and yacht support.
Janita is based in Burleigh, Gold Coast and can meet with Captains and crew who are around the Byron Bay to Brisbane region. When she is not working you will find her camping, hiking, SUPIng or adventuring with her dog Scout.
