Kylie Champion
Director
Kylie boasts over 17 years of experience in the Whitsunday Region and the Marine Industry.
Before establishing Champion Crewing & Concierge, she served as yacht crew herself and then managed Human Resources and operations for a Whitsundays charter company.
Her impressive tenure includes overseeing teams of at least 65 crew members, showcasing her patience, determination, and exceptional diplomacy skills.
Kylie holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management and Hospitality Management, with ongoing studies in a Superyacht Operations Diploma.
Kylie's success stems from her positive energy, self-motivation, unwavering commitment to impeccable service, and a personal approach to her clients. Her genuine and honest demeanor sets her apart. With an extensive wealth of local knowledge, abundant resources, and a strong network in the Whitsundays, Kylie eagerly offers assistance in any way possible.
Emily McDonald
Crew Specialist
Emily brings to our team over four years of invaluable experience in the Mediterranean Superyacht Industry, complemented by a successful career in Tourism and Hospitality across both Australia and Europe. Since joining Champion Crewing & Concierge in 2022, she has been dedicated to expanding
her expertise in the Australian and South Pacific Superyacht Industry, serving as a Recruitment Specialist.
Since her relocation to the picturesque Whitsundays region, Emily has been focusing on honing her skills in recruitment, personal and professional coaching, and CV writing. Her time spent here has equipped her with a profound understanding of the local area and an extensive network of connections that greatly benefit her role. Her ability to connect with crew and guide others on their path through the industry, makes her a true asset to our team.

Concierge Specialist
With more than 15 years of hands-on experience working on or around Superyachts, both in Australia and the Mediterranean, Tina brings a wealth of expertise to support and assist crew.
Her approachable and intuitive communication style is inclusive, with a
particular focus on understanding the nuances of superyacht culture and psychology. With a background as a former personal assistant and yacht stewardess, she's traversed diverse fields, excelling in relationship building and honing in on individual strengths for each crew member.
Tina's extensive experience in Europe, coupled with her involvement in yachting and high-end concierge services on Hamilton Island and in Perth, makes her your go-to source for the seemingly impossible. She's always ready to welcome you to our offices and provide assistance to both new and seasoned crew members in any way possible.
